The course was reopened in early 2016 after being closed for over three years to be renovated. The renovation consisted of a new irrigation system, bunker repairs, and tee box redesigned. A turfgrass management program was implemented successfully. The Maintenance Department was restructured to function more efficiently to provide excellent golf course conditions.

We renovated twenty golf greens with sea dwarf paspalum, and redesign holes for better playability. Also, new bunkers were constructed, and the jungle encroachment was removed back to its original design.

It was truly a unique experience to work with Montage Golf, a division of Montage Hotels & Resorts, known for their collection of distinctive hotels, resorts and residences in stunning settings. This company took over in early 2012 and took care of the operations for the property.

I had the honor to work with Heritage Links during the construction and renovation of Prince Golf Course in 2011. The company has received numerous awards, including the Builder Excellence Award in 2007 for its work at Liberty National Golf Course (New Jersey) and in 2008 for Chambers Bay Golf Course (Washington)

In 2011 I was invited to consult a project in China with the Billy Casper firm. The new project was situated in the harbor Industrial Zone of Changxing Isalnd in Dailan. The company was planning to designate about 2,500 acres for golf projects, and the rest of the land was designated to be used for villas overseeing the ocean. Overall it was a great experience.

In 2007, I joined the management team for Kapalua Operating Co. The big goal was to take a 30 year old golf course and turn it into a televised tournament golf course. It was was a very challenging and exciting task at the same time. The course openned to rave reviews and the greens were looking spectacular.

I implemented and maintained proper irrigation programs for this semi-private golf course. I also oversaw daily chemical applications, calibrations for all types of chemicals, and designed chemical programs
